A day in the life of a Solus apprentice
Meet Kirsty, one of our MET apprentices, who starts her day by preparing her workstation and attending a morning briefing for her assignments. She collaborates with her mentor and peers, gaining hands-on experience and ensuring all tasks meet Solus's high standards.

What We Provide
Uniform, PPE & Tools: We supply everything you need – and it’s yours to keep! Take a look inside an apprentice’s new tool kit.
Block Release Training: Our courses follow a block release format, meaning you’ll attend training for one week at a time, several times a year. We cover all travel, accommodation, meals, and even provide extracurricular activities to keep you up to date with the latest technology.

Are you 15 or older and in full-time education? Want to gain real-world experience and essential life skills? Our work experience programme, in partnership with Unifrog and local schools and colleges, is the perfect opportunity to get started.
